---How to measure---
Bust size.
Wrap the tape measure slightly loosely over the entire chest while keeping the tape measure level with the floor. You will find it easier to get accurate results by wearing a bra. It should be non-filled, without any shaping effect.
Below the bust.
Place the measuring tape firmly under your chest and make sure that the measuring tape lies flat on your back. Tighten, but not too tight. Note down your size (size). During the measurement, you need to straighten your back, do not breathe or hold your breath.
Waist circumference.
Place the tape horizontally around the body around the waist. The tape measure should be placed flat on the skin, not too tight or too loose.
Hips.
When measuring the buttocks, keep the tape parallel to the floor; wrap it around the widest part of the buttocks and the largest part of the abdomen and the front of the buttocks. The tape measure should be placed flat on the skin, not too tight or too loose.

Your order will be delivered in a stylish black mailer bag with the Modloves logo.
Larger orders will arrive in an unbranded brown mailer box.
Gift wrapped items will be packaged in a luxury branded gift box, and delivered in a white outer carton.
TRACKING
For maximum peace of mind, all orders are sent with tracking. You can easily track your order on the relevant courier website with the tracking code we automatically send to you on your shipping confirmation.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY SERVICE AND OPTIONS?
We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in full. However please note that during peak demand time (e.g. Black Friday weekend, Christmas and Valentine's Day) deliveries may take longer than expected. Modlovescurrently uses USPS, Landmark and DHL services to ship to the US, with standard and express shipping options available.
WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES?
If you are out when the parcel arrives, a delivery attempt will be registered on your tracking (provided in your Shipping Confirmation Email). You will then be able to contact the courier directly via the details provided on their tracking page in order to rearrange delivery for a time more convenient for you or to arrange a collection (if available). Most couriers have a delivery window of 8AM to 8PM and will provide a delivery time estimate but please refer to your tracking for more information.
WHAT IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE WHEN YOU EXPECT?
If your delivery is more than 14 working days overdue, please contact us. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.
If you wish to return any part of your order you can do so within 30 days of the receipt of the parcel.
You will need your order number and zip code to identify your order.
Fill in the details of your return on your returns form and whether you would like a refund or an exchange item. Don’t forget to include your reason for returning the item.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when you send your parcel. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Modloves.
If your item is incorrect or faulty please contact service@modloves.com within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel in order to obtain either a refund or a replacement. Please do not post any faulty or incorrect items back to us before you have been advised by our customer care team.
Please allow up to 14 working days for us to receive and process returned items. Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge.

WHAT TO DO WHEN RETURNING BY POST:
Remember to indicate on your returns form if you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund. Please note that all refunds will be made to the credit card originally used.
Select the reason for the exchange or return.
If exchanging an item indicate clearly what product you would prefer instead.
We always welcome feedback; so feel free to let us know your thoughts.Please fix the FREE USPS returns label provided via the online portal to the front of the package.
Ensure all old labels are covered and/or removed

Take to your local post office and obtain proof of postage.
To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely.
We are not able to accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their ‘original’ condition.
We can only accept refunds or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
